At MĀKI we kiwis who are passionate about using technology to create new ways to enjoy our beautiful shores. We believe in kiwi-ingenuity, and that everyone should be able to share, access and enjoy our waters without being limited by physical ability or skill.

The MĀKI Brain is the first of its kind - a system utilising modern GPS controls to control an independent, self-steering system that can be retrofitted onto a variety of water-based vessels.

We offer in building customised UAV, USV and ROV for special applications. Combining our knowledge in computer vision and machine learning, these systems can perform tasks that couldn’t be done before. 

Handy-kiwis can enjoy customising their systems to suit their needs, while our full kits provide a fuss-free option for everyday kiwis to add smart GPS functions onto the gear they already own. Opening up a raft of new opportunities for how you use - and control - your bait boat, kayak or other water based gear.
